Neil Esmonde– Owner/Agent

Neil Esmonde moved to Matthews, NC in 1996 and founded The Esmond Insurance Agency after completing over 25 years in the Life, Property and Casulaty Insurance Industry. He previously held the position of District Sales Manager for The Erie Insurance Group.  He has completed extensive training in Property and Casualty Insurance Underwriting and holds he Designation of Chartered Life Underwriter.  Neil is a member of the Matthews Mint Hill Rotary.  Neil and his wife Ginny  have 3 children Brian, Angie and Tim,  and 3 grand children, Shanda, Colin and Macy.

Tim Esmonde– Owner/Agent

Tim has been with The Esmond Insurance Agency since 1997.  Tim has a BA in History from Indiana University in Pennsylvania.  He enjoys his Chocolate Lab, Belle and is an avid hockey fan.    He is also currently working towards his Certified Insurance Counselor Designation.     

Michele Boorsma– Agent/CSR

Michele has been with The Esmond Insurance Agency since 2000.  She has 3 girls,  Ashley, Nicole and Megan. 

Alisa Pitera-- Agent/CSR

Alisa has been with The Esmond Insurance Agency since 2006.  She has been married to her husband Russell for 13 years and they have 2 sons Hayden, 11 and Nicholas 2 years.  Alisa is an active member of her church where she enjoys teaching an exercise class for the women in her congregation.  Her favorite past time is watching and playing with her children.
